This probably isn't a Mylar balloon and I don't think that nobody is going to put all this effort into designing a UFO, uploading it to MUFON and drawing a sketch of it.
It was initially filmed in Colombia in September 2013.

Let's get into it.
A diamond-shaped UFO was uploaded to MUFON, claiming it was filmed over New Jersey in September 2014. However, it was filmed on 1st September 2013.
Open Minds dot TV reported on this with the full MUFON case number 59688 and later realized the error.
They stated at the bottom of their initial post (link above) that someone had pointed out the skullduggery to them.
The video is from Colombia and a full year before the claimed sighting. Unfortunately, people will claim a UFO sighting and produce drawings of what they allegedly saw.
The hoaxer went to the full length of giving a drawing of what they saw, even though they had the video. Thoughts are welcome on this.

A commenter on MUFON’s website has noted that this image appears to be from a video posted on YouTube in January 2013.
And here's the link to the 2013 video which totally contradicts the MUFON submitted entry. The title of the UFO sighting uploaded to YouTube is; UFO IN COLOMBIA IMPRESSIVE 11/01/2013 CAPTAN UFO.
It's been featured in this Amazon book staying the MUFON number as 59688 which it's not! And the hand drawn sketch was in the book! This is all wrong.
So there you have it, thems the facts and thems the truth. It was even featured on UFO Chronicles and a book was written about this. There's a lot going on with this UFO sighting.
