Extreme Weather Phenomena Looks Like A Pipe From The Ground To The Cloud's In Cuba

Okay I've seen rain a lot, in fact I've actually walked in rain (true story) but this, this kind of rain can only be some sort of anomaly.

I've actually seen this type of rain fall before in another video from another country.

This is probably one of the most dangerous types of phenomena because if it sucks you in, there's no way out.

It's definitely not unique but it's certainly a dangerous anomaly because it's not normal and the energy on display here is what makes it a phenomenal event.

Weather modification is a real thing but I'm not saying that this is what we're seeing. But did you know that up to 35 percent of rainfall is added to some states in the USA to boost the agricultural economy.

But this, well it's literally a pipe from the cloud's straight to the ground  or at least that's what it looks like to me. I'm not sure what caused this, I'm pretty sure that a scientist or a person who actually does weather modification will be able to tell us all what is actually going on here but it's not a good thing.

It can't be a good thing because rain needs to be spread out and not concentrated in just one spot like this.

I've just been reading the comments section on Reddit about this and believe me there's not one sensible comment about this on there out of I think it said 244 comments?

Here's what Wikipedia says:

A waterspout is an intense columnar vortex (usually appearing as a funnel-shaped cloud) that occurs over a body of water. Some are connected to a cumulus congestus cloud, some to a cumuliform cloud and some to a cumulonimbus cloud.

It's a waterspout and it's traveling upwards. I also read about salt water being heavier than fresh water and so these usually only happened where fresh water was because of the obvious weight differences between the two different waters.
