If you are doubting that there's Aliens or UFOs on the Moon then this is gonna put a spring in your step.
My immediate answer is that it's an entrance to a Moon base.
It can be found on the Google Moon viewer at coordinates 22042'38.46N and 142034'44.52E.
Google Moon works in a similar way to Google Earth. It was launched in 2009 on the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing.
The landing site of each of the Apollo missions is shown on the satellite image, providing more information on each mission as the user zooms in.
The first version of Google Moon only included low-resolution satellite imagery of the entire moon, and when zoomed in too close, a collage pattern would appear and it gets very blurry. Is this by design, we'll probably never know.

See, Daily Mail is going down the line of this possibly being a Triangle shape craft hovering with a set of evenly spaced lights. It's a damn good guess, it's a very eye opening opinion and a great answer but I think it's a secret opening to a Moon base. I say this is because of all the thousands of UFOs filmed on the Moon. Where do they go...
I don't always aim to be right or do little dances when I'm correct but in this case I'll definitely make an exception!

I knew I'd be laughed at, called names, made fun of in that friendly nasty way by "so called friends". It's actually given me a unique opportunity to discover my real friends.
Then I see UFO videos and obvious intelligently made bases on the Moon and I say "it was bloody worth it".
Now, if it was a hoax and all the evidence found to be faked, only then would I regret it losing the friends because of a hoax.
But it's very, very real and so I don't regret a thing. UFOs are now a scientific fact because of the declassified and released UFO videos by the US Government. There's a lot of people in my situation, that have lost their friendships, but your totally vindicated now. You was right. Don't regret it that they couldn't accept your beliefs. You are free of any and all guilt.
It takes a lot to convince people about Aliens as it sounds stupid, but when anyone is faced with this "official NASA image of the Moon" and non tampered with images - on Google Maps from satellites no less, we have to at least hear it out, right.
